Information Request

To setup the interface between OpenTech Alliance and Self Storage Manager, please email [e-mail] and they will reach out to SSM for info needed.

The following information will be required:

1. Unique ID for the facility
   • 2 digit = Remote Setup
   • 4 digit = Direct Setup (OTA Server)
2. Unique insomnia.dll (each parent account has their own dll)
