Information Request

Enable storEDGE API access and provide the Facility ID:

1. Login to the storEDGE online facility site and select Settings > Gate Integration:
2. On the Gate Integration page, the required ID is displayed under API Facility ID.
3. Next, click the Corporate link (located on the upper toolbar) to display the Corporate Dashboard screen.
4. Open the Corporate Settings page and click the API link.
5. In the Corporate/API Associations page, toggle the OpenTech entry from Off to On and then click the OpenTech name hyperlink to display the list of specific API permissions.
   • If N/A is displayed instead of the toggle switch, click “OpenTech Alliance” and set all checkboxes according to Step f.
6. Select all items In the Assigned Permissions checklist, check Access All Facilities and then click the Update Api Associations button.
