Facility information requried

1. Org & Site ID from Store 4.0 for each facility

2. Which Centershift server and url is the facility operating on. It will be one of the following:

• SLC
• CS10
• CS20 

3. The manager of the facility needs to send an email to their account manager at Yardi asking for a username and password much be created at the site level for OpenTech Transactions. ***User has to be setup for “Services Only”***

• Username and password should be unique.
