Information Request

Below is the information needed to setup the interface between OpenTech Alliance and Winsen. This interface will require that a member of the OpenTech Alliance team get a remote connection to the office PC running Winsen to setup the connection. 

Verify the version of Winsen the client is on

• 3.30.0001 = old
• 3.31.0004 + above = supports real time merchandise

OpenTech requests that the facility is running at least version 3.35 because of the information listed below

• 3.35 = Customer List (Tenant List so that we can search tenants) & so we can take reservations
•  3.40 = PCI Compliant

Kiosk Options license: Is required for all ISSN interface setups.

If per the screen shot below is greyed out they need to contact Winsen about activating the Kiosk Options
