Information Request - Syrasoft Connect

The information needed to setup the interface between OpenTech Alliance and Syrasoft connect

1. Facility ID from the Connect software.
   • Click on Settings at the top of the Connect software then click Location Profile.
   • From the Group Look Up window, click on the facility you want to retrieve the Location ID for and then click on Select.
   • From the Location Profile window, the Location ID will be located in the bottom right hand corner of the window as depicted below. Please provide the ID to the OpenTech Alliance technician working on your setup.
